charishmatic leaders and their charishma.

"Charisma" word is something which now a days adds a better prospect or simply an additional attraction to a personality.Even term Charismatic Leadership shows a clear fame of this word charisma.People started believing charismatic leadership as a special and particular kind of leadership style and that got association with so many contemporary leaders of almost all the fields, in business,politics,entertainment,music etc.So In this way charismatic leadership became a subject in field the of leadership studies.charismatic leaders,now if someone even thinks about it,what he or she percept,is a famous person maybe by any reason,by being rich,by being popular among any king of group.so one thing is very sure about the person who has got charismatic leadership style that, he is popular and he has good an adequate amount of followers.
So is this not a common trait among all the leaders?I can't recall any leader whom I know is not famous.Every leader is popular also and Yes of course he may have any different kind of leadership style like autocratic,paternalistic,participative,situational,transactional,transformational etc than being just charismatic.
And here comes the main concern,If any leader has got his own leadership style than charismatic and yet he has got charisma then, why we consider charismatic leadership as a particular kind of leadership?
Charisma straightway, implies that something like sparkling is there.Some special trait is there,some special characters are there.So it gives an anonymous kind of perception that is not like other leadership styles and their particular way of behavior.If a leader is autocratic it means he has got an autocratic behavior and by applying this autocracy in his field he is leading a mass and in this way he becomes a leader ,leading an ample amount of mass.There are simple behavior or endeavor,reflected by any leadership style.Here in this charismatic kind of leadership nothing comes as concrete behavior like if any leader has got charisma among his followers,he may be autocratic or paternalistic.
Isn't like all the leaders has got charisma and charismatic leadership style every leaders have?
